Thrips are a treat to watch under the Foldscope!

Thrips (Order Thysanoptera) are tiny and slender insects with fringed wings. They have unique asymmetrical mouthparts. Many thrips species are pests of agricultural and horticultural crops. Wings of Trichogramma chilonis, an important biocontrol agent
