POWDERY MILDEW OF LEMON (Citrus limon) Citrus powdery mildew is caused by the fungi Oidium citri and O. tingitaninum. The sample is prepare from my herbarium, which i have made 9 years earlier when i was in BSc, but there is still presence of spores after so many years.

Foldscope, being a handy and portable tool, has been helpful in creating awareness of science at the door of farmers. It gives me a high confidence in differentiating the similar symptoms of diseases in farmers field. School children are highly curious about this microscope.
