Testis
The testis is suspended in the scrotum by the spermatic cord. Each testis is attached to an epididymis, which connects rete testis to vas deferens. The testis is composed of convoluted seminiferous tubules in the stroma with Leydig cells. Three layers: outer with mesothelial cells; tunica, inner tunica vasculosa. Seminiferous tubules converge into rete testis…
Kidney
There is an irregularly thick connective tissue (fibrous sac) in the kidneys that protects them. Otherwise, the connective tissue of the nephrons is very little. A granular cortex (external area) has been found in the kidney. It looks like this because it is complete with ovoid filter units.
Liver
The liver comprises of the following significant histological parts: hepatocyte parenchyma. Stroma, a follow-up to the Glisson capsule surrounding. The binding tissue comprises of the vessels.
Pancreas
The pancreatic septae are split into lobules. Lobules are mainly comprised of grape-like cell clusters called acini that are used to separate digestive enzymes. Exocrine secretions from acini flow successively through intercalated ducts, intralobular ducts, interlobular ducts and finally into the duodenum through the main pancreatic duct.
Thyroid gland
The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped glands on the front of throat. Thyroxine hormones are secreted from the thyroid, also referred to as T4. Thyroid hormones affect metabolism, growth and development, and body temperature throughout the body.
Ovary
Ovaries are tiny structures in the shape of almonds coated with a dense connective tissue -the albuginea tunic. The so-called germ epithelium is covered by a single spongy mesothelium. The ovary contains many primordial follicles, which are mostly found around the edges of the cortex.
Adrenal gland
The suprarenal gland (Adrenal gland) is an endocrine that produces a range of hormones, including adrenaline and aldosterone and cortisol steroids. It is above the kidneys. Each gland has an external cortex that generates steroid hormones
Chlamydomonas Palmella
Colonial aggregates of nonflagellated individuals occurring periodically in the life cycle of flagellated green algae or plant-like flagellates (such as Euglena and Chlamydomonas members)

Heartbeat of Zebra fish recorded under foldscope
Zebra fish (Danio rerio) has been emerged as one of the latest “models” for vertebrate embryological development studies. It offers advantages over traditional mammalian models as it has transparent body which is helpful in tracking down of drugs and can easily be monitored under foldscope. Heartbeat of the normal Zebra fish embryo (a week old)…

Planktons from Dikhu river, Nagaland , India seen under foldscope
Dikhu river is one of the most important river of Nagaland. We collected some samples of water from Longsa village area which lies at 26.21240 N and 94.54450 E to assess planktonic diversity of the river. As it is a torrential river, we hardly got any planktons from defined sample. We propagated the population of…
