Flying termites…

Flying termites are visible during heavy rains and warm and humid temperatures .They have four wings and are generally seen attracted towards light source. The insect was  got by a curious student of 7th and all the students were excited to observe the parts using foldscope.

Protozoan in stagnant water

A beaker with fine mud and few bits of leaves were kept in a beaker in the lab for almost a month expecting to observe some microbes .We were delighted to observe protozoan moving happily when the sample was observed under the folfscope.

Substitution class made use for observation under foldscope -7 A

I got a substitution class for 7 A and utilised the class for showing the students some slides like xylem ,phloem,stomata, yeast cells and water sample under foldscope .Students had an exciting session.
