    Beautiful shot. I can see an eye and possibly an antenna. Now look around your money plant for tiny insects. It could be one of them…and hen look for eggs of the Sam size typically under you leaf.

    For others to contribute and make suggestions for you; Could you please do the following:
    1) take a picture of the plant where you found it; and add the same above. Often insects and plants have very specific associations. Also; sometimes insects living on plant leaves leave a morphological change (such as galls) – it might be really worth looking.
    2) it does look like an egg; I see two egg sheaths and while imaging; it got cracked.
    3) it’s possible it’s a kind of a nematode – I see something long in the egg case. A large number of nematode live as parasites on plants; it would be fascinating if you found one for money plant. Do take a look here:
