These are my first specimens on the Foldscope. The first two are from a strand of golden colored dog hair. The next two are from a strand of human hair, naturally black recently dyed red.

You can see there’s a clear coating on the dog hair. I do not know why as I have no knowledge of dog hair. The dog is also young, only 1 year old with semi-fine hair.

I might add more specimens here when I have them.
