What foods/bacteria are these?
The source is Polish fermented foods. Bacteria belong to Bacillus and Lactobacillus category.
Most of the foods are fermented cabbage, cauliflower based pickles.
Nice which staining has been used? Also were you able to view it under foldscope directly? Since many stainings require oil immersion lens.. so was the morphology visible directly?
Gram staining was performed for the above samples. Yes the cellular morphologies was visualized directly after staining.
