Hello Nageswar, actually we suspected it as paramecium but from comment from other researchers we again compared it so we came to know that it is not paramecium it belongs to colpoda species.
Hello Lakiyer, Thank you for commenting on this post. Firstly we are suspected it as paramecium spp. as its morphology somewhat look like paramecium but as you told we cross check it and came to know that it is colpodia spp.

Gorgeous, beautiful. This isn’t paramecium but a ciliate related to Colpolda. Notice the kidney shape. Commonly found in soil. Easy to culture.
