It is a salt widely used in Chinese cuisine to enhance flavors, and popularly called the ‘flavor enhancer.’ Ajinomoto when seen under the foldscope appears as huge crystals they are huge complex packages which constitute of diff structures . Each crystal was of different size n shape, it was very fascinating to observe it under the foldscope. Using the torch light of the phone as the source of light to observe Ajinomoto it gave us a better quality image .
