Biofilms on PVC coupons observed under Foldscope

PVC coupons were immersed in garden tank for almost 30 days. Biofilms were formed on the surface of the coupons. The Biofilms sample was scrapped and directly transferred  onto a glass slide for  observation under Foldscope.
