 On the 21st of December, I observed a spider that I had collected from my house under a foldscope. The joints between the different parts of a spider’s leg(femur and tibia) and the hairs on the leg and abdomen can be observed.

 On 21st of December, a foldscope workshop was held for 2nd PU at CMR National PU College, ITPL, Bangalore. Various specimens were observed under the foldscope, one of which was the wing of a wasp. In the visual obtained the veins of the wing and the fine hair present on the wing can be clearly seen.
