Daniel Martinez-Krams

I analyzed this sample on Friday, February 1 in the Majeti Lab at Stanford. The sample was collected two month previously by a graduate student name Miles Linde from the spleen of a healthy NSG mouse, and stained. I was able to ask my labmates to explain the spleen pathology while viewing the sample with a Foldscope!

Healthy NSG Mouse Spleen

 I analyzed a stained patient Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) sample from my lab. The cells were taken from a patient, processed, frozen, and thawed before imaging.
