Caleb Bishop

Paramecium found in a sample of pond water at 6:00pm April 10, 2019. Sample obtained by stirring the pond water and submerging a test tube. The magnification of the foldscope is 140x, so this paramecium should be around 100 micrometers long.

Paramecium found in Baxter Pond (Caltech)

 Yellow daylily pollen (hemerocallis lilioasphodelus) collected May 10th at 4:30PM on the corner of Cordova and S. Chester Ave. A couple stamens were taken from a flower, rubbed onto a slide, and covered with a cover-slip.
