Coleus amboinicus

1. Commonly called Mexican mint/Ajwain leaves/Indian Borage.
2. It helps detoxify the body, fight coughs and colds.
3. It reduces stress, alleviates arthritis, and improves digestion.

One can chew the leaves of Mexican mint directly or make tea from them (a good choice of remedy for cough, stuffy nose, and sore throat).

Today I observed the typical class of spikes present in the Mexican mint leaves. For the first time, I have seen such extraordinary spikes in leaves. What a beautiful creature is this! Looks awesome under fold scope.
