The paper wedge was difficult to precisely adjust, back-and-forth, particularly with a phone attached. These sticks worked better for me, split from cedar door shims. Also for glass slides with glass cover slips, I cutaway the foldscope a bit to make more room and keep the specimen right against the lens.
