50x: Definite circular tissue structure. Presence of dense cellular concentration. A prominent central layer is present. Concentric cellular layers present.
140x: Smaller cells are visible more distinctly. Minimal intercellular spacing.
340x: Cellular structures are more prominent. Organelles visible, although not completely identifiable. Pink stain prominent.
2) Onion Peel: 50x: Presence of columnar cells observed. Sections are stratified with thin boundaries. Cells are clustered and dense.
140x: Cells are more prominent with a central, distinct nucleus. Cell walls visible. Minimal intercellular spacing is present. The cell wall is prominent.
