In our weekly Rising STEM Stars sessions, we hosted an engaging Foldscope workshop at STEMPARK, leaving students with an unforgettable experience. During the workshop, students had the remarkable opportunity to explore the hidden world of microorganisms and tiny living organism parts using Foldscopes. This hands-on experience allowed them to witness the incredible diversity of life at a microscopic level. The impact of Foldscopes on these young minds was tangible, sparking their curiosity and enthusiasm for science and STEM careers. The workshop not only unveiled the hidden wonders of the microscopic world but also ignited a passion for discovery, inspiring the next generation of scientists and STEM enthusiasts.
