I decided to ask, “What is the shape of hair follicles?” I chose this question because I was curious about how the shape of hair impacts its curl pattern, ability to absorb water, and its strength.While it wasn’t quite enough detail to answer my question, I observed that the cuticle layer of the hair had splitting and seemed to stick to others hair (this could just mean I have split ends but still interesting).
