For my investigation, I wanted to look at the microbiome of my skin. I've recently started a new highly rigorous skincare regimen that consists of washing my face one entire time per day, and I wanted to see if I could still see any bacteria or buildup. To set up my viewing, I stuck and unstuck the sticky "slide" to my face a handful of times until the once-clear slide was opaque. When I peered through my microscope, I could sort of see some skin cells but not much else- I'm not sure if that's because my microscope was poorly assembled or if it's because there wasn't much to see. Here is a picture of my camera!
