Analysis of Leaf stomata using tape/nailpolish

I took a fresh leaf, coated it with clear nail polish and let it air dry. After that I took clear tape, firmly stuck it the coated the under side sided of the leaf and untaped it. This way I got the sample on the tape which I used on the slide. I was able to see dots of varied thickness and diameter. I was also able to observe curved structure around the bigger dots which resembled stomata.
