<p>Today the day 2 of LGP we observed potato cells. Today the sample preparation process was different than the one we yesterday. But it was a little bit easier than yesterday. It was really very very interesting and fun. I got a little bit more familiar and practiced to prepare the samples. it was also a little bit hard to find the cells because they looked similar to the air bubbles but we explored how to differentiate them, it is that we can see them in bigger bunches than the air bubbles. The most interesting thing was that they were the starch granules actually, which were got from the juice of the potato.</p>
