My sister wanted to make an organic manure with Moringa leaves and jaggery for her garden plants. She mixed equal parts of Moringa leaves and jaggery and allowed it to ferment. She had to stir the mixture once a day for two or three days but she forgot to stir. On the third day we noticed fungus on the mixture.
I observed the fungus under the foldscope and took photos of the sample.
I think this fungus Aspergillus sp. , am I correct?
