Hi! My name is Nishini and I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Manu Prakash at the Imagine Solutions conference in Florida, USA earlier this week. I was so fascinated with the accessibility of the Foldscope and would like to start an initiative to help underprivileged students in Sri Lanka. Are there any other Sri Lankan foldscopes out there that would like to connect with me? The goal would be to fundraise for about 100+ foldscopes. I would be able to conduct some workshops in late July but it would be nice if someone could continue spreading awareness.
