Antara Patel Date: 3rd June LGP The first sample I viewed was a fern rhizome. I viewed it in 50x, 140x and 340x. The biggest challenge I faced during this experiment was focusing the lens as it was the first time I used the foldscope. <img class="ql-image" src="https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/microcosmosdelta.appspot.com/o/NaN%2FIMG_2556.jpeg?alt=media&amp;token=8883d9ff-afb4-4d3e-8f84-c4b4b0e31d19"/> The magnification I used was 340x; I could see the broken cell membranes and various cell organelles.
