The first sample I viewed was a fern rhizome. I viewed it in 50x, 140x and 340x. The biggest challenge I faced during this experiment was focusing the lens as it was the first time I used the foldscope.

The first sample I viewed was a fern rhizome. I viewed it in 50x, 140x and 340x. The biggest challenge I faced during this experiment was focusing the lens as it was the first time I used the foldscope.
The magnification I used was 340x; I could see the broken cell membranes and various cell organelles.
