I used a Foldscope to try to see what a plant leaf looks like up close & personal. I had some issues doing so because it was hard to take a picture of my observations when using a phone that has an elevated camera and not a flat one. I did my best with what I could do and I got this close up picture of a dog rose plant leaf; and it seems like these are the veins or fibers of the leaf. I had to enhance the color and light of the image so that you could see the details.
