Honored to share highlights from our 1st-ever Foldscope 2.0 & STEM outreach! We took over St. Louis SHS, Oduom-Kumasi, with a team of undergrads & grads from KNUST, passionate about mentoring the next generation of scientists!


The students were READY! Excited to see the Foldscope 2.0 in action, they showed off their knowledge & curiosity. We shared the story of Foldscope & frugal science, and they blew us away with their answers!



Meet our incredible team of facilitators! Each with unique backgrounds & talents, they guided small groups of students, sharing career advice & hands-on experience with Foldscope 2.0.


The moment of truth! Students got to assemble and use the Foldscope 2.0, viewing live microorganisms and experiencing the thrill of discovery. The room was filled with "wows" and excitement!


Why does this matter? We're empowering the next generation of scientists, especially girls, to pursue their dreams and make a difference. Mentorship and guidance can change lives!
