Picture of pollen under 340x magnification
First I have cleaned the glass slide then I put the pollen on the glass slide and then put another glass on it then I first visualized it under 50 x magnification. It was full of pollen cell. Then I saw it in 140x magnification, I saw a small group of cells with a distinct cell membrane. In the 340x magnification, I saw very few cells with a proper cell membrane and some sort of nucleus I don't if it's a one, please correct me If I am wrong, I've tried for the second try and wow!!! I saw a single cell and it was worth the time I spent. Thx to Manu Prakash sir, who created this portable masterpiece and also to Anupama Harshal, she was the one who introduced me to this masterpiece
