Observing onion cells under a 140x lens :

Steps :
Take a small onion piece and peel off a very thin layer.
Place the onion layer on the slide and cover with cello tape.
Put the slide in the green opening with the tape facing the lens.

Observations :
I noticed pink tinted, brick shaped cells with clearly observable nuclei, these were more apparent under my phone's torch or direct sunlight.

Challenges:
Placing the onion layer without folding it.
