One milliliter of blood was mixed with nine milliliter of 2% formalin. The mixture was centrifuged at 5,000 rpm for 5 min and the supernatant was discarded. To the sediment, few drops of methylene blue solution was added. A drop of the solution was placed on slide with a cover slip above and examined under foldscope.
