<p>
 Methodology:
</p>
<ul>
 <li>
  Root tips 1 to 2 cm was cut and incubated in Carnoy’s fixative for 15 to 20 minutes.
 </li>
 <li>
  Then washed thoroughly in water 2 to 3 times.
 </li>
 <li>
  The root tips was transfered in 1N Hydrochloric acid and incubate at 60°C for 5 minutes.
 </li>
 <li>
  Stained with acetocarmine for 10 minutes. Transferred onto a clean slide and covered with a cover slip.
 </li>
 <li>
  Gently tap the root and observe under the Microscope and Foldscope
 </li>
