Cytotoxicity study was perfomed using Trypan blue Dye exclusion method on DLA cells using Amomum subulatum plant extract . Dead cells or those cells that are in late phase of apoptosis are blue in colour. Live cells or those cells which are in early phase of apoptosis are colour less.
