We at the Prakash lab created a giant foldscope and a microscopic card to celebrate the retirement of Christine Kurihara– our incredible admin, colleague and friend! 🙂
The message of the card was laser cut into a glass slide and read “For things large and small, you were there for us all!” signed with the Prakash Lab and Stanford logos.
Although she retired from Stanford, Christine still volunteers her time and continues to support Foldscope.
