Bacteria were observed with acidfast staining
Acid fast bacteria are appear in red colour because they have a thick , waxy lipid layer and blue colour bacteria are non acid fast bacteria .
Bacteria were observed with Grams staining under foldscope.
Pink colour bacteria are gram negative bacteria and blue colour bacteria are gram positive bacteria.
