After the sample collection Dr. Punarbasu Chaudhuri introduced foldscope to all the teams. First team collected flowers samples of Leonotis and Dendropthoe. The second team collected pond water sample in a 15ml Centrifuge tube. One drop of pond water sample was taken in a grooved slide and one drop of Lugol’s Iodine was added to it.
