Photomicrographs of H & E stained Rat liver section –DEN  induced hepatocarcinogenesis.

Figure A  shows DEN treated rat liver sections. DEN is a potent hepatocarcinogen which helps to produce nodules in liver. The liver architecture is disorganized with dilated sinusoids and expanded portal vein.  Figure B (1.2X) & C (1.4X) are the zoom out images  of Figure A.
