A PVC coupon was immersed in Garden water tank for almost three months. The biofilm formed on the coupons was removed and cultured on LB medium at 37°C for 24 hrs. After which a loopful of culture was taken and a smear was prepared on a clean glass slide and observed under Foldscope.
