Broccoli is an edible green plant in the cabbage family whose large flowering head is eaten as vegetable. Botanically known as Brassica oleracea var. italica is growing as a winter vegetable in my kitchen garden. The plants are bearing yellowish-green flowering corymbs these days. So, I plucked some flowers to isolate their pollen and observed them under foldscope.
