This video taken through the foldscope, shows a red colored worm, that I named Timmy, found in muddy water that was acquired from around the Bay Area near Stanford University which was brought to my Bio60_2019 by our professor. The sample was prepared by taking a some water containing the worm through the pipette provided in the foldscope kit, then transferred it to the slides then covered it with a cover slip separated by tape in order to provide some space for the worm.
In the beginning the worm was moving pretty fast which made it hard to view under the foldscope, then after some time, it got trapped by the tape on one side, which made it easier to view. We can see Timmy moving slightly in the water in the video.
