I have tried to develop a technique to catch fluorescence images using foldscope. In the images you can see threads of spirulina showing fluorescence captured against the dark background. Next, I am looking forward to try capturing fluorescence images of animal cells/ tissues but I don’t have facility to grow animal cells as of now in my lab. If anyone can help me in this regards, I would be obliged.
