Flower pollen

These images were taken after creating a sample by rubbing the anthers of a flower against a microscope slide. Most of the sample looked like the first image, which seems to be pollen. There was also a long black object in the sample (second picture), but I couldn’t tell what it was, or whether or not it was a stray particle. There were also a few areas in the sample that looked like the third image.
