 Here I am with another post related to fluorescence imaging. This time I have tried to captured auto-fluorescence from cheek cells. I think my mobile phone is not able to capture low light images properly and hence the images are looking blurred. But when I observe the slides through eyes, cells looks more brighter and clear.
