A twinning up programe on Foldscope was held on 23rd and 24th March, 2019 at Kokrajhar Govt. H. S. and M.P. School with Karnataka Arts, Science and Commerce College, Bidar, Karnataka. A joint agreement was signed between the two institutions to carryout research works on Foldscope in future. All the scientific works shall be conducted under the supervision of Dr Priya Roy Choudhury of KASCC and Dr. Raju Das of KGHSMPS.
Faculty members of the Two institutions and students participated in the programe actively. Field trips to Bijni-Duars Tea Estate, Deeplai Beel and Chirang Reserve Forest were conducted .
It was a fruitful programe on Foldscope in view of scientific works
