After standardisation by Cobb’s Sieving and Decanting method, nematode was picked up by using Steromicroscope and observed under Foldscope. Here, we experience a problem in picking a nematode by using foldscope but the image was clearly visible under foldscope nearly as such seen in Compound microscope.
