This image shows bacteria in a sample of pond water.


 The sample of water was taken at 4:55 pm 4/8/19 from the turtle pond at caltech.


 I believe that the organisms in the photo are in domain Bacteria because in each structure that looks like a cell, dark spindly material is visible. I believe this is DNA and it is not contained in a nucleus nor are any other membrane bound organelles visible. This rules out Eukarya. The sample was also not taken from any extreme environment where one would expect Archaea.
