Description: The speck in the upper portion of the picture taken with the fold-scope is an E Coli Cell which was captured in the Broad Center at Caltech at 7:15 PM on 04/08/2019 from a sample taken from the turtle pond. The sample was taken using a pipette and was obtained during the afternoon of the same day.

 a. The domain of the organism is Bacteria which is known by its relative size and magnification of the foldscope as well as the typical specimens found in samples taken from the turtle pond and there appears to be no nucleus present.
