The images of this turtle pond sample seem to contain a collection of dirt and bacterial samples. The sample was taken at 4:50 pm on 4/8/2019 and was collected by sticking a falcon tube into the pond. While the very dark, filled-in spherical spots are probably dirt samples, the slightly smaller, round, more transparent samples are probably bacteria as they do not seem to have any visible organelles. Finally, the slightly more oblong structure at the bottom left of the first image is also probably a bacterium, as it is the proper size and shape to be bacteria.
