Bi 1 FoldscopeDownload Video of live protozoa found in pond water (can see organism is intaking water and expelling water). This sample was collected in the evening from the Caltech turtle pond. Sample was collected by taking a cup and removing a little bit of pond water.
Organism is from Eukarya domain and more specifically from the kingdom Protista. This is established due to its membrane bound organelles and other external structures common in protists.
