 This image was taken under a foldscope magnifying pond water at Caltech on 4/10/15 at 5:30 PM. It shows a certain type of small organism. The sample was obtained by taking water from our pond. What creature is this? Where has it evolved from? We can possible answer these questions by looking for determining structures. #caltechbi1
