 This is our first Foldscope experience!


 We had a lot of fun looking at blue jeans fabric and onion peel.


 Here are the results:


 
 Blue jeans
 


 The blue jeans fabric is our favorite! The key to our best pictures was definitively to find the right amout of light.  We did not have access to the  light module, so we only used daylight for this one.

 Onion peel
 


 For this one we used a reading lamp as the light source, giving us some nice and detailed close-ups:

 Also, we found these blue and red fibers inside the onion peel. Any suggestions on what it might be?
