Demonstration of infected plant parts under foldscope-

As majority of the participants were farmers from different regions of India, we described simple slide preparation by using a regular slide and placing the infected plant part on the slide. After this by using transparent tape, we can prepare our temporary slide and observe under foldscope.

After this various prepared slides were demonstrated using foldscope.

Conclusion- Foldscope can be useful tool for capturing the infected crops and identification on field. The workshop was a success.
